All our re-manufactured laser printer cartridges are covered by our "No Quibble Guarantee". Under this guarantee all of our re-manufactured laser printer cartridges are deemed to be free of any defect in material or workmanship. We promise to exchange any of our re-manufactured laser printer cartridges that are found to be faulty or develop a defect during normal use. We also warrant that, subject to normal use (including operation of printer equipment within specifications) our re-manufactured laser printer cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any comparable laser printer. Should one of our cartridges cause a printer to fail we will reimburse our customer for the full cost of any repair or service to the printer. This warranty is dependant upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect in one of St Gallen (Ashfield) Ltd's printer cartridges, including a statement on the service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the company field sales or service representative.
